If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

Can you return plants? No.

WellGrower does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will not survive due to both way transit stress. However, if damaged you are eligible for refunds or replacement.

We do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

What if you are not happy with the product? You can Self Return

If you dislike the product(s) received, you can follow below steps to send the product(s) to us:

1. You can return the product(s) to us within seven days from the delivery date.
2. We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the product(s) to your source account once we receive the product(s) at our warehouse.
3. You will bear the shipping charges for returning the product(s).
4. Please share the return waybill details and image of the receipt of the courier partner(s) for our confirmation.
